No headersCongress has played an active role in managing the War on Terror. The three acts most often cited in the court decisions arise out of detaining prisoners in Guantanamo Bay:
- Authorization for the Use of Military Force;
- Detainee Treatment Act of 2005;
- Military Commissions Act of 2006.
