Preparation Steps for the Re-Entry Clinic

Fall Semester 2008

Currently we hold the Clinic four times a year: two in the Fall semester, and two in the Spring.  We provide an on-campus training on how to help individuals file a petition for expungement under California Penal Code §§ 1203.4, 1203.4a, including how to obtain and read criminal records.  To make this hands-on training more effective, we ask that you review the materials listed below before coming to the training and to register online to volunteer at the Clinic.

4. Watch our training video on expungement rules in the State of California.
